Jennifer Maravillas

Jennifer Maravillas is a visual artist, cartographer, and illustrator living in Brooklyn, NY. Her longest term works are a series of ongoing maps of the five boroughs of New York City for which she is walking throughout each while collecting pieces of litter to represent the block where she found it. 71 Square Miles, the map of Brooklyn, was exhibited at BRIC Arts Media House in Brooklyn, NY February 2015- May 2015. She continues to walk and collect litter for the other four boroughs to this day for 232 Square Miles.
